摘要:伴随着中国国民经济的飞速增长和人民用电负荷的不断增加,越来越多的企业开始采用大容量、高参数的电站锅炉以满足实际生产需求。燃烧器作为煤粉锅炉燃烧设备的重要组成部分之一,它的性能好坏对燃烧的稳定性和锅炉的经济性有着很大的影响。 49001
本次毕业设计是针对锅炉蒸发量为2000t/h旋流煤粉燃烧器系统设计,在设计初期,采用工业分析的方法对所给煤种进行元素校核;计算出抚顺烟煤的实际发热量;同时列出本设计的初始锅炉参数,计算出理论空气量、理论烟气量、实际烟气量,并确定了燃料消耗量和计算燃料消耗量;在计算炉膛结构尺寸的时候,参考相关设计资料,选出了炉膛的容积热负荷以及截面热负荷,计算出炉顶、冷灰斗的容积和炉膛的截面积,由此计算出了炉膛的主体高度。依据煤种特性和相关设计资料,选取了双蜗壳旋流煤粉燃烧器,并采用前后墙对冲布置的燃烧方式;计算出燃烧器的热功率、一次风和二次风的风量,在本设计的最后确定了燃烧器的喷口截面尺寸和燃烧器的阻力损失。

The graduation project is the design calculations for the swirl 2000t/h burner, before beginning design calculations using the method of analysis of the industry to fuel coal to be checked; Fushun calculate the actual calorific bituminous coal; at the same time listed the design of the given parameters, calculate the theoretical amount of air, the theoretical amount of flue gas, the actual amount of flue gas, and to determine the fuel consumption and calculate fuel consumption; when calculating the size of the furnace structure, refer to the relevant design information, choose a furnace volume heat load and heat load cross-section, calculated and cold baked top hopper and the total volume of the furnace cross-sectional area, thereby calculating the height of the furnace body. Based on coal properties and refer to the relevant design information, select the double spiral swirl burner, and the use of front and rear wall hedging arrangement; calculated burner heat power to determine the primary and secondary air amount of air in this design is finalized and the resistance loss of the burner orifice cross section of the burner.
