要:换热器是实现化工生产过程中热量交换和传递不可缺少的设备,此次毕业设计我通过对换热器类型的比较,最后选择了螺旋板式换热器。本设计中的换热器是一种高效紧凑换热器设备,螺旋板式换热器适用汽-汽、汽-液、液-液,对液传热。用于化学、石油、溶剂、医药、食品、轻工、纺织、冶金、轧钢、焦化等行业。本设计的主要内容有:流体介质物性参数的确定;传热系数、换热面积的计算;压降阻力计算;倒锥端盖设计计算;计算螺旋板有效圈数、下料尺寸、定距柱间距等工艺尺寸;然后进行热力核算和压力降核算,确定换热器压力降均在合理范围之内,否则,要重新流速、传热系数,一步步重复上述过程,直至通过强度核算。校核通过后根据所设计结构参数绘制图纸。通过复算与校核,使所设计的换热器能够满足生产工艺的要求。7844

The Design of the Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger
Abstract: Heat exchanger is a necessary device to realize the chemical production process of heat exchange and transmission, this graduation design, by comparing heat exchanger type, I finally chose the spiral plate heat exchanger. This is a kind of high efficiency compact heat exchanger equipment, spiral plate heat exchanger is used on steam - gas, vapor - liquid, liquid - liquid, liquid heat transfer. Used in chemical, oil, solvents, medicine, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking industry and so forth.The main context of my design is: the determination of fluid physical property parameters;the calculation of heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer area; the calculation of the pressure drop resistance; the calculation of inverted cone end cover design; the size of the material, the size of the dimensioning from the column spacing; then deal with the thermodynamic calculation and pressure drop calculations and determine whether heat exchanger pressure drop are within a reasonable range ,otherwise, recalculate the flow speed and the heat transfer coefficient, and repeat the process above step by step until pass the calculation of strength .After checking, finish the drawing depending on the structural parameters which has been designed. Through recalculation and checking, the design of heat exchanger can satisfy the requirements of the production process.
