    摘要本文通过对模具当今发展情况的了解,模具现今的工艺性要求,以及市场上 的需求量等等情况,合理设计该 QC 风扇风量调节架模具,减少经济投入,实现 产业价值的提高。

    在进行设计之初,通过对国内外模具文献的大量阅读,了解并掌握一定的模 具基础知识,近些年来模具在国内外的发展状况以及未来的发展趋势,总结归纳, 组成我国国民经济的五大板块,分别包过机械产业、建筑工程、电子计算、汽车 业以及石油化工等等产业都与模具有着千丝万缕的关系,是它们必不可少所需要 的工艺生产装备。第二步,测量以及计算,通过 Pro/E 软件,对该零件进行三维 建模,导出 CAD 二维图,运用 CAD 对该零件工艺性进行标注。模架的设计主要运 用 Pro/E 和 EMX 对塑件进行建模设计,以及模架的主、分流到的确定,浇口、冷 料穴之类的浇筑系统的生成,导向、脱模、排气以及冷却机构也是需要通过 EMX 进行设计的。Moldflow 对零件的模流分析数据,也让我们更好的确定模架方案 设计的合理性。70365

Moldflow on the part of the mold flow analysis data, make mold design to determine the rationality of our better.
