    摘要:本试验旨在研究丁酸钠对乌骨种母鸡的生产性能及小肠组织形态结构的影响。试验选取512只21周龄的乌骨种母鸡,分成对照组和试验组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加了0.05%丁酸钠的基础日粮。试验期间每天记录相关生产数据。试验周期为14周,饲喂到36周龄时进行屠宰,采集小肠组织样品。分别选取3只对照组和3只试验组乌骨种母鸡小肠组织样品制作石蜡切片,并进行HE染色,观察小肠组织形态结构。通过显微镜观察可见,饲喂丁酸钠组乌骨种母鸡的十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度有所增加,隐窝深度有所降低。统计分析相关数据可以得出,试验组和对照组相比,其十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值显著升高(P < 0.05),隐窝深度显著降低(P < 0.05)。上述试验结果表明,在乌骨种母鸡的基础日粮中添加0.05%丁酸钠,能够改善小肠的形态结构,提高十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,从而提高两者的比值。研究结果表明,丁酸钠能够有效地调节乌骨种母鸡的肠道健康,提高小肠对营养物质的消化吸收功能,在一定程度上可以促进乌骨种母鸡的生长,提高其生产性能。31592

    Effects of sodium butyrate on the production performance and the morphological of small intestine in black-bone chickens
    Abstract: Objectives: The study aimed to study the effects of sodium butyrate on the production performance and the morphological of small intestine in black-bone chickens. Methods: Choose 512 black-bone chickens of 21 weeks old were randomly pided into control group and experimental group. The control group was fed the basal diet without additives, and the experimental group was fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.05% sodium butyrate. Record the product data every day. Slaughter at 36 weeks of age, and the small intestinal samples were collected. Then select 3 black-bone chickens of control group and 3 black-bone chickens of experimental groups to make paraffin sections, for HE staining. Results: Microscope observation showed that the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of villus height were increased and the crypt depth were reduced. Statistical analysis of relevant data can be drawn that the experimental group compared with control group, villus height and v/c of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum were significantly increased (P < 0.05), crypt depth were reduced (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The results showed that adding 0.05% sodium butyrate in black-bone chickens diet, can improve small intestinal morphology, increase the villus height, reduce the crypt depth, and increase v/c of duodenum, jejunum and ileum. It’s explain that sodium butyrate can effectively regulate the intestinal health of black-bone chickens, improve the intestinal absorption efficiency of nutrients, and promote the growth and improve the production performance.
