摘要: LED线性(洗墙)灯以其独特的造型、优异的散热及小角度配光设计等特点受到使用者和消费者的关注和喜爱。此次测试两款LED线性(洗墙)灯,对其散热设计和配光设计进行测试研究,并比较实际设计本身和计算机模拟优化的结果。实验分为实际测试部分和计算机模拟部分:测试部分,测试LED洗墙灯在额定工作状态下的温度分布和出射角大小情况;模拟部分,通过计算机Creo软件建模,FloEFD 软件热学模拟两款LED洗墙灯的温度空间分布情况。实际测试其温度分布结果,其外壳散热其内部芯片在30 ℃以内(环境温度为12℃)内外温差T为18℃;在实际配光角度测量,其出射角测试使用定义法测量其出光角度,小于30°内,符合LED洗墙灯光学设计标准。计算机模拟实验设计,优化设计中,通过改变电源在腔内位置、外壳结构、以及散热材料对散热效果及芯片温度的影响,比较得出最优设计方案。70158
