摘要煤调湿工艺是通过直接或间接加热来降低并稳定控制入炉煤的水分,其目的在于为后续的炼焦过程节省能源、减少污染并提高生产效率和焦炭质量。为实现煤调湿过程的控制,针对其具有强耦合、大时滞、非线性系统的特性,采用传统控制方法进行仿真,并编制PLC控制程序。PLC控制系统通过煤调湿系统可自动实现煤调湿的自动运行和最佳工况调整。通过PLC控制系统能够实现运行数据与状态检测功能,控制参数设定功能,煤调湿系统运行参数的显示和控制。本次设计借助学院自动化示范中心的罗克韦尔三层网络平台,设计完成了煤调湿自动控制系统的开发。
本文首先对系统进行设计和构建。在熟悉各器件原理和构造的基础上,选择合适的器件,搭建了以ControlLogix系统为中心,以ControlNet为纽带,以ControlLogix5555 PLC为控制器,以煤调湿系统中的蒸汽流量为控制对象,通过EtherNet上的PC机进行控制的系统。24225
系统设备间网络通讯的实现。为利用网络实现控制数据的传输与交换,通过RSLinx软件建立通讯通道,RSNetworx软件对ControlNet进行组态和配置,RSLogix5000对控制器进行逻辑编程, RSView32对上位机的人机监控进行设计,实现了不同网络上各设备间的相互通讯。
本文成功实现了煤调湿自动控制系统的开发。此系统开放灵活,易于扩展和改造,可以将其广泛应用到实际工业场合,具有很好的应用价值。

ABSTRACT
Coal moisture control is controlled by direct or indirect heating to reduce and stabilize the moisture of coal into the furnace, its purpose lies in the coking process for subsequent save energy, reduce pollution and improve production efficiency and improve the quality of coke. To achieve the control of the coal moisture control, for it has the characteristics of strong coupling, large time delay, nonlinear system, we use the traditional control methods and make the PLC control program. PLC control system can automatically realize the wet coal to run automatically and the best condition of adjustment through the coal moisture control. Through the PLC control system we can realize operation data and state detection function, control parameter setting function, wet coal system running parameters of display and control. This design with the Shanghai institute of applied technology for Rockwell automation demonstration center for the three layer network platform, designed for the development of the coal moisture control system.
Firstly we design and build the system. In familiar with all the devices on the basis of the principle and structure, choose the right components, as the center, built with ControlLogix system with ControlNet, ControlLogix5561 PLC as the controller, based on the steam flow for wet coal system control object, the system is controlled by the PC on the EtherNet.
The realization of the network communication between system equipment. For the use of network control data transmission and exchange, through RSLinx software set up communication channels, RSNetworx software configuration and configuration for ControlNet RSLogix5000 to logic programming controller RSView32 man-machine monitoring of upper machine design, realized the mutual communication between different devices on the network.
This paper successfully realized the coal moisture control system development. Open the system flexible, easy to expand and transform, it can be widely applied to the actual industry situation, has the very good application value.
