摘要随着电力行业的发展,电力行业对电力从业人员的要求也越来越高。在电力操作中,不当的操作将会引发重大事故的发生。给用户带来不便,同时,也将对电力从业人员的人身安全带来危害。基于种种原因,减免误操作导致的事故的产生,加强电力安全,风险体验项目应运而生,通过在电力设备上加装各种接近开关、光电感应器等设备,感知体验者的操作流程,实现实时智能化识别、跟踪、监控和管理。若操作人员违反操作规范,则通过声、光、电、烟雾等表现形式模拟事故场景。 24297
本文首先介绍了使用PLC设计风险体验系统的总体思路,然后分硬件、软件两个方面,分别介绍风险体验系统的硬件设计过程和软件设计过程。系统硬件分别介绍了两大风险体验项目的设计,系统软件介绍了基于组态王的风险体验系统程序的编写过程及实现方法。还简述了软硬件之间相连的总线技术。
经过调试运行,配网风险体验系统运行良好,具有对误操作及时报警的能力。有益于电力操作人员的正确操作。

Title The design of experience simulation system about Improper operation of distribution network
Abstract
With the development of electric power industry, Electric power industry practitioners are increasingly required. In electric power operation, improper operation will cause a major accident. Bring inconvenience to the users. At the same time, it will also harm the personal safety of electric power industry practitioners. For various reasons, reducing the accidents caused by improper operation, increasing the safety of electric power, risk experience projects emerged. By installing various proximity switches, photoelectric sensors and other equipments on electric devices, perceiving operating procedures, achieve real-time intelligence to identify, track, monitor, and management. If the practitioners violate the operation norm, it will simulate accident scene through sound, light, electricity, smoke and other forms.
This article first narrates the overall design concept of risk experience projects based on PLC, and then introduce the design process of risk experience projects in detail from the aspects of hardware and software. Introduce the layout of the two projects of the system in hardware and the programming process and ways to achieve of the system based on KingView in software. Also narrates the bus technology between hardware and software.
By commissioning, the system runs well, it can alarm in time to improper operation. It has great significance for the proper operation of the electric power industry practitioners.
