摘要:随着仓储水平的提高,自动化立体仓储在现代物流系统中已迅速发展成为一个重要的组成部分。自动化立体仓储系统是将产品自动入库出库的系统,相当于无人生产系统中的最终处理的过程。它具有节约用地、减轻劳动强度、消除差错、提高了仓储自动化水平及管理水平、提高了管理和操作人员素质、降低储运损耗、有效地减少流动资金的积压、提高物流效率等诸多优点。随着自动化立体仓储的出现,人们对仓储空间的利用率逐渐提高,改变了传统的仓储模式。本课题提出设计开发基于PLC的小型立体仓储系统设计,用WinCC实现仿真模拟的运行,来体现自动化立体仓储的便捷性和控制性。本课题的电器控制主要由西门子公司的PLC——S7-300/400、步进电机驱动器、步进电机、直流电动机等器材组成。本文首先对本课题进行了简要的介绍,包括研究背景、研究意义、国内外的现状等;其次对立体仓储系统的硬件组成、结构、原理进行了阐述和分析;再次对该系统所用到PLC进行了介绍,重点对PLC程序进行了编写;接着对WinCC组态软件进行了简单的介绍,针对该系统搭建模拟运行画面,与STEP 7连接进行系统的模拟;最后对设计本课题所学到的知识进行归纳和总结。24591

The Electrical Control of PLC Used in the Automated Stereoscopic Warehouse
Abstract:With the storage level, the automated stereoscopic warehouse is one of the important parts in modern logistics. The system of entering and out of warehouse, generally, becomes a process of final proposal of non-human production system. The automated stereoscopic warehouse has land conservation, reduce labor intensity and eliminate errors, improve the level of warehouse automated and management level, to improve the quality of management and operations staff, reduce outages, effective in reducing the backlog of liquidity, and improve logistics efficiency and many other advantages. With the emergence of automated stereoscopic warehouse, the warehouse space utilization rate increased gradually, has changed the traditional mode of storage. Therefore, this paper proposes the design and development of the automated stereoscopic warehouse based on PLC, with WinCC to achieve simulation, to reflect the automated stereoscopic warehouse convenience and controllability. This subject mainly made of Siemens PLC——S7-300/400, stepper motor drives, stepper motors, DC motors and other devices. First of all, this paper shows us a brief introduction to the subject, including background, significance, and status of domestic and abroad. Secondly, the system hardware, the structure, principles are described and analyzed. Thirdly, the devices that used in this system were introduced, focusing on the preparation of PLC program. Forth, this paper also presents a brief introduction to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition of WinCC. According to this system, we are supposed to set up a simulated running-screen, and connect WinCC to STEP 7, in this paper. Finally, the conclusion and summary are given in the last part of the paper.
