摘要传输系统中的驱动控制应用大多直流无刷电机控制系统完成。直流无刷电机系统的性能非常优越,既有交流电机结构简单、可靠性高等优点,又有传统直流电机运行效率高,调速性能好等优点,因此受到人们越来越多的关注,发展前景十分广阔。26674
本文主要对直流无刷电机的控制系统和其中技术进行研究分析进而说明其如何在工作中是运输系统可以实现智能化。本文介绍电机控制系统的发展、研究现状及发展趋势,系统概述电机的结构和工作原理,建立数学模型并且对电机控制中的几项关键技术,如:转子位置检测技术、PWM控制技术等进行了分析研究。
对其中的控制策略进行研究,首先对传统PID控制方法进行介绍,提出PID控制方法,从而说明其如何验证智能化的观点。本文介绍了直流无刷电动机的工作原理,建立了电动机的数学模型,并对直流无刷方波电动机位置、转速、电流闭环控制系统进行了仿真分析,主电路采用IGBT三相逆变桥,换向电路采用电机专用芯片LM621以减轻单片机用于不断换相所造成的负担,转速采用pwm控制。软件部分由主程序和中断程序组成,配合硬件电路,可以实现直流无刷电动机的起动制动以及换向功能。

Title The analysis of drive control technology for intelligent transportation system
Abstract
The drive control technology for transportation system means mainly brush-less DC motor.Performing highly,the brush-less DC motor has simple structure, easy control and high reliability.In this thesis, a novel driver system for BLDC motor is developed. The main topics include sliding mode control for BLDC driver system, finite element analysis (FEA) for IMP(Integrated Motor/Propulsive), EMC/EMI design for IMP driver system and so on. So people pay more and more attention to it,and it has very good development.
This article mainly for brush-less DC motor control system and the technology for analysis then explain how it is in the job can realize intelligent transportation system.This paper introduces the development of motor control system,and the research present situation and development trend,outlines the structure and working principle of the machine,establishes mathematical model and studies several key techniques such as rotor position detection technology,PWM control technology etc.in the motor control。Study the control strategy ,first of all the traditional PID control method is introduced,then propose PID control method,thus explains how to validate the intelligent point of view.This paper describes the operating principle of the square-wave brush-less DC motor and constructs the model of BLDC.The position and speed—current close—loop control system for the square—wave brush DC motor is simulated and analyzed,and real system can be designed under the guidance of the simulation results.The main—circuit adopts IGBT three—phases converter. Com-mutate circuit adopts LM621 to lighten the burden of Single一chip microcomputer. The PWM controller controls the speed.The software makes up of the main—program and interrupt program
.With the hardware,the system can realize the functions of start,stop and direction development.
