    摘要:粮食是关系到国计民生的重要战略物资,因此粮食的存储将是至关重要的问题,研究如何科学有效的储粮具有很大的社会价值和经济价值。而温度、湿度、气体(二氧化碳、氧气)浓度等对粮食存储时间具有重大影响。由于粮库容积较大,以上参数往往是具有空间分布的,需要布设多组传感器才能准确获取环境信息。本设计以温湿度采集监控为例,提出基于ZigBee和LabView的无线多点粮库温湿度监测系统。以CC2530为主要控制芯片,DHT11为温湿度传感器,采用ZigBee无线网络协议,通过建立星型网络实现主从节点之间的数据采集和传输,最后利用串口与上位机PC端进行通信连接,并通过LabView开发平台编程实现对采集到的数据进行显示与处理,从而有效的实现如下功能:1、可在线实时地连续采集和记录监测点位的温度、湿度参数情况,并支持数据存储和历史记录查询,监测点位可扩充多达上万个点; 2、可设定各监控节点位的温湿度报警限值,当出现被监控的节点位环境参数异常时可自动发出报警信号,报警信息可发送本地及抄送远程监测,系统可在不同的时刻通知不同的值班人员。实验测试表明,该无线多点粮库温湿度采集系统能够稳定可靠的运行,并具有组网简单、造价低、文护性好等优点。35688

     The grain depot environmental monitoring system based on Internet of things
    Abstract: Grain is a vital important strategic materials, grain storage is one of the important subjects related to national economy and people's livelihood, the science and the problem of grain storage have larger social value and economic value.The temperature, humidity, gas (carbon dioxide, oxygen) concentration has significant effects on  grain preservation time, etc.Due to the grain volume is larger, the above parameters is often has the spatial distribution, need to deploy more groups of sensors to get accurate information environment.The design temperature and humidity acquisition monitor, for example, based on LabView and ZigBee wireless multi-point grain depot temperature and humidity monitoring system.CC2530 as main control chip, DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, using ZigBee agreement, through master-slave node between the star network data acquisition and transmission, finally communicate with PC using the serial communication technology, and through the LabView programming language implementation of the collected data for display and processing, thus effectively realize the following functions:.1, can online real-time continuous acquisition and recording monitoring points of the parameters of temperature, humidity, and support the historical record data storage and query, monitoring points can be extended up to tens of thousands of points;2, to set the alarm limit of monitoring point temperature and humidity, when there are abnormal monitoring point data can be automatically send out alarm signal, alarm information can send local and remote monitoring, the system can be in different time inform the personnel on duty.Experimental tests show that the wireless multi-point granary temperature and humidity acquisition system can run stable and reliable, and it has a simple network, less cost, good maintainability, etc.
