摘 要 传统的铁路信号灯主要由电源、灯壳、反光碗、有色配光镜及光源等部分组成。但其寿命较短,发光效率较低,特别是信号灯的检修大多采用人工检查的方法,不仅铁路电务段信号工文修任务量较大,而且这种方法存在一定时间的滞后性,对铁路列车的安全运行产生很大影响。LED 发光二极管用作铁路信号灯具有下列优越性能: 光效高、节能、使用时间长、环保和控制起来简单方便快捷。LED铁路信号灯的安全运行对铁路安全产生重要影响。 本文提出了一种基于电力线通信技术的 LED 铁路信号灯监测系统, LED 铁路信号灯监测是由 MSP430F149 单片机间接控制 CD4051 模拟电子开关完成的,LED 铁路信号灯故障信息是由低压电力线进行传输,从而实现故障检测和报警功能。 本文主要内容包括以下方面:(1)铁路信号灯监测系统的现状以及电力线载波通信技术等相关背景知识的介绍;(2)由 MSP430 单片机、数字模拟开关CD4051 和十进制可逆计数器 74LS192 组成的 LED 铁路信号灯故障检测模块的介绍;(3)LED 铁路信号灯故障发送模块与接收模块的介绍,该部分主要包括MSP430 与 ST7536 的接口电路以及ST7536 与电力线的接口电路。(4)系统软件的设计。 37430

Abstract Traditional railway signal lamp is mainly composed of power supply, lamp shell, reflective bowl, colored lens and light source parts, etc. But its life is short, luminous efficiency is low and railway signal maintenance mostly adopts the method of artificial observation,.Not only the maintenance task of railway signal depot signalman is heavy, but this method has a certain time delay. Led railway signal lamps have a great influence on the safety of the railway train running. Led railway signal lamps have mainly the following advantages: high light efficiency, energy saving, long life, small volume, light weight, environmental protection and convenient contral. The stability of railway signal lamp LED has the important inf luence on railway safety direct ly. In this paper, a kind of LED railway signal monitoring system based on power line communication technology is put forward. The LED railway signal monitoring system is completed by MSP430F149 MCU, controlling CD4051.LED railway signal fault information transmission which adopts low voltage power line carrier communication .By this way wecan guarantee to realize fault detection and alarm function . This paper mainly includes the aspects below: (1)the introduction of relevant background knowledge of the power line carrier communication technology ; (2) Railway signal fault detection module composed of MSP430 microcontroller and digital to analog switch CD4051 anddecimal reversible counter 74LS192; (3) the LED railway signaling equipment sending module and receiving module, the module mainly includes the MSP430 and ST7536 interface circuit and the interface circuit ST7536 and power lines.(4) system’s software
