    摘要:烧碱是基本的化工原料之一,它的主要用途最早从制造肥皂开始,后来逐渐用于造纸、纺织、印染等工业。751十年代后,随着石油化工的发展,进一步扩大了烧碱的用途。因为烧碱在国民经济中占有重要地位。世界上烧碱的生成方法主要有隔膜法、水银法、离子膜法以及苛化法4种。隔膜法、水银法和离子膜法都是通过电解盐水生产烧碱,而苛化法则是以石灰和纯碱为原料制取烧碱,苛化法目前仅在世界少数国家和地区采用。水银法烧碱含盐量低,产品浓度高,质量好,但是该法对环境污染严重,其汞害对人身体有很大危害,联合过环境保护组织已要求逐步取代该法。离子膜法在60年代后逐渐成为主要的烧碱生产方法。其能耗低、三废污染少、成本低及操作管理方便等优点是其他几种制碱方法无法达到的。而在追求绿色工业的当今,离子膜法是很好的制碱方式。本文主要介绍离子膜法生产烧碱的工艺流程。在力控平台上,绘制离子膜法制烧碱的工艺流程图,对其中一个液位控制进行设计,然后完成与PLC的连接。力控软件对于工艺流程图主要分为两个方面的制作,一个是流程图的绘制,另一个是对液位控制进行设计。也就是设计监控系统流程界面,同时也包括实时曲线、历史曲线、控制程序等。37783

    Caustic soda production
    Abstract:     Caustic soda is one of the basic chemical raw materials, its main use the earliest start from making soap, then gradually used in papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing and other industries. In the world mainly have the diaphragm caustic soda production method, mercury, four kinds of ionic membrane method and causticizing method. Diaphragm method, the mercury method and ionic membrane caustic soda production by DianXieYan water, and causticizing law is with lime and soda ash as a raw material for making caustic soda, causticizing method currently used in only a few countries and regions of the world. Mercury method of caustic soda salt content is low, the product concentration is high, the quality is good, but the law to the environment pollution is serious, the mercury pollution is of great harm to human body, joint environmental protection organizations have been asked to gradually replace the law.Ion membrane method in 60 s gradually become the main method of caustic soda production. Its low energy consumption, less "three wastes" pollution, low cost and convenient operation management is out of reach for several alkali production method. And in the pursuit of green industry today, alkali production ion membrane method is a good way. This paper mainly introduces ionic membrane caustic soda production process. On force control platform, draw flow chart of caustic soda by ionic membrane method, and it is one of the steps for refinement, and then to complete connection with PLC. Force control software for process flow diagram is mainly pided into two aspects, one is the flow chart drawing, the other one is one of the links of animation design. And then connect it with PLC. At the same time design process monitoring and control system interface, including real time curve, history curve, control program, etc.
