摘要:伴随着城市经济的高速的发展,高层建筑的不断涌现的前提下,带动了电梯技术的日新月异的不断更新,而电梯智能控制技术的进步也是发展的一大趋势。本文主要通过结合国内外电梯控制的实际情况,进而对于电梯控制技术进行程序设计,及模拟演示的同时,进行电梯智能硬件的简练介绍。主要内容分为三个部分:
1.对于电梯的程序进行设计,主要采用西门子可编程序逻辑控制器进行控制方案,设计出六层电梯PLC程序系统总体的内容、经过和集成效果。在给出了主要控制方法、电梯控制的梯形图和指令表,同时给出了系统构成的框图和程序的流程图,从而得到一套全方位的电梯控制系统的设计方案。
2.根据要求运用西门子组态软件WINCC进行组态模拟,给出组态控制方案,设计画面的演示及数据变量的定义。
3.根据现今电梯控制发展方向,简易介绍智能硬件的发展趋势。

Hardware Design and Development of Elevator Intelligent Control System
Abstract: With the rapid development of urban economy and the premise of the continuous emergence of high-rise buildings which has led the rapid development of the elevator technology constantly , and the development of intelligent control technology is also a major trend in the development of the elevator. This paper mainly combines the actual situation of the domestic and foreign elevator control, and then carrying out elevator control technology------ program design, simulation demonstration and brief introduction of elevator intelligent hardware. The main content is pided into three parts:
1.To the program for elevator design , with the help of using the SIEMENS programmable logic control, the author put forward to the design scheme of the six floors of the elevator control and lists the main control circuit, the elevator control ladder diagram and instructions tables and so on , finally a complete elevator control system have been designed.
2. According to the requirements of the use of SIEMENS configuration software WinCC to have a configuration simulation, the configuration control scheme, the design of the presentation and the definition of variable data have been realized.
3. According to the development of the modern elevator control, simply introducing the trend of the intelligent hardware.
