摘要随着传感器和单片机控制技术的不断发展,非接触式检测技术已被广泛应用于多个领域。与其它测距方式相比,超声波测距具有可以直接测量近距离目标、纵向分辨率高、适用范围广、方向性强的优点。目前,超声波测距已普遍应用在液位测量、移动机器人定位和避障等领域。另外,对于智能小车的设计与制作也是如火如荼。随着超声波和智能传感器合技术的进步,智能车特殊工况下实时准确跟随成为可能。46270
本次设计是以AT89C52单片机为主控制器,然后再结合超声波测距的原理,实现智能小车的实时跟随控制。这套系统采用硬件电路设计和软件设计相结合的方式,硬件系统主要是由超声波数据采集模块、小车驱动模块、主控器以及报警模块所组成,具有模块化和多用化等特点,智能小车则是以AT89C52单片机为核心,通过无线通信来接收超声波测距系统发送来的控制信号。本次设计中的超声波测距模块能够应用于机器人的距离信息采集、汽车防撞测距等众多方面,具有很大的应用价值。

ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the control technology of the sensor and the single chip microcomputer, the non-contact detection technology has been widely used in many fields. Compared with other ranging methods, ultrasonic distance measurement has the advantages of direct measurement of the target, high longitudinal resolution, wide application range and strong directivity. At present, ultrasonic distance measurement has been widely used in liquid level measurement, mobile robot localization and obstacle avoidance and other fields. In addition, the design and production of smart car is in full swing. With the development of the technology of ultrasonic and intelligent sensors, it is possible to follow the intelligent vehicle in real time under special conditions.
This design is based on the AT89C52 microcontroller as the main controller, and then combined with the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement, intelligent car to achieve real-time tracking control. The system uses the combination of hardware circuit design and software design, hardware system is mainly by the ultrasonic data acquisition module, car driving module, main controller and alarm module, wherein, has a modular and multi use characteristics, smart car is AT89C52 microcontroller as the core, through the wireless communication to receive the ultrasonic ranging system to send control signals. The design of ultrasonic distance measurement module can be applied to the robot's distance information collection, automotive collision avoidance and other aspects of many aspects, has great application value.
