摘要Adams是美国MDI公司开发的软件,它为用户提供了强大的建模、仿真环境,使用户能够对各种机械系统进行建模、仿真和分析,具有十分强大的运动学和动力学分析功能,广泛的应用于世界各国的工程领域。其中Adams/Controls模块是其他模块的插件模块,可为建立的模型添加控制系统。Matlab以其强大的计算功能,计算结果和编程的可视化以及极高的编程效率,迅速从事科学研究和工程设计领域不可缺少的工具软件,它的Simulink模块可提供一个动态系统建模、仿真和综合分析的集成环境。就本课题而言,Adams可以对偏心连杆建模,提供运动方案并添加控制系统,而Matlab显然提供控制仿真方案,如果把Adams和Matlab联合起来仿真,可以将机械系统仿真分析同控制设计仿真有机地连接起来,实现机电一体化的联合分析。联合仿真的优势在于它可以将复杂的控制添加到机械系统的样机模型中,然后对机电一体化系统进行联合仿真;直接利用程序建立控制系统分析中的机械系统仿真模型,而不需要使用数学公式建模;分析在环境中获得的机电联合仿真结果。故课题的重点也是难点就在于如何将两个软件联合起来进行仿真。49061

Abstract Adams is a software developed by the United States MDI, it provides users with a powerful modeling and simulation environment, enables users to carry out modeling, simulation and analysis tovariety of mechanical systems, also it has a very strong kinematics and dynamics analysis capabilities and is widely used in engineering areas of the world. The Adams / Controls module is a plug-in module for other modules, it can add a control system for the model. Matlab with its powerful computing capabilities,calculation results and programming, visualization and high programming efficiency, and quickly became indispensable tool to the field of scientific research and engineering design. Simulink module provides a dynamic system modeling,simulation and comprehensive analysis of an integrated environment. On the subject, Adams can modeling movement program to eccentric link and add a control system, while Matlab is clearly to provide a control simulation program,if unite Adams and Matlab to simulate, analysis for mechanical system simulation and the simulation for control design can be linked Organically, finally it can come true the combined analysis of the mechanical and electrical integration. The advantages of combined simulation is that it can add the complex control to the prototype model of the mechanical system, then carry out the combined simulation to the mechatronic systems; use the program to establish the mechanical system simulation model of the control system analysis directly without the use of mathematical formulas modeling; analyze the result of electrical combined simulation which is got in this environment. Therefore, the focus of the subject is also the difficulty is how to unite the two software to simulate.
