摘要本文设计的导盲机器人以西门子S7-200 PLC为主控单元,以超声波测距模块、红外感测模块、射频模块、语音输出模块等多传感器检测技术为基础,适用于盲人和有视力障碍者。结合对国内外此类机器人发展现状和设计方案的研究,确立了本文对导盲机器人寻路避障程序设计的方向。49063
本文设计的导盲机器人,是主动式机器人。包括两种工作模式:第一种是散步模式,即被动模式,可以帮助盲人避障,功能相对简单,也是当前导盲机器人的传统功能;第二种是寻物模式,本设计通过创新,引用RFID射频模块,使盲人可以自主操作机械按钮下达指令,再通过机器人的内嵌地图,使得机器人带领盲人主动寻物,其后再由语音模块报音告知盲人所达地点,如电冰箱,电视机或房门等等。
本文设计的导盲机器人为主动引导式,所以在设计中应解决的如下问题:机器人既要保证寻物的正确性,又要保证在寻物过程中盲人的安全性;机器人自身行走,需消耗大量电能,且其工作距离受到限制,所以在设计中应尽量减轻机器人的重量。程序也不能很繁琐,不能影响机器人的响应速度。

Abstract In this paper, the guide robot we discussed, whose main control unit is SIEMENS S7-200 PLC, basing on the ultrasonic distance measuring module, infrared sensor module, RFID module, the speech output module, and other sensor technologies, is used for blind and visually impaired. Based on the analyses which are considering the president situation and projected proposal from domestic and international, we have established the mechanical body and circuit design of the guide robot.
The robot, which has two modes included, is a kind of active robot. One of the modes is walking pattern, or passive mode, which can avoid the obstacle for the blind, is relatively simple in function, and it’s also a general function of the current guide robot. Another one is finding physical mode, this kind of robot, with the innovation, citing RFID module, make the blind can operate independently of mechanical button, then by orders of the robot map, allow the robot embedded in the lead the blind searching for people actively, followed by voice module quote sound told the blind locations such as what the refrigerator, TV or door, etc.
The active mode robot that this paper discussed have to solve some problems bellow: the robot should insure not only the correctness of the finding result, but also the safety of the blind during the process; it will consume a lot of electrical energy for moving which get the working area limited, so help the robot to “lose weight” as far as possible is also a problem need to be solved. The program should not be very complicated, which can improve the response speed of the robot.
