摘要在飞速发展的数字技术时代,智能控制领域往往少不了数字技术的衬托。很多从事于电子行业者因为单片机优越的性价比在选择控制核心时往往青睐单片机,它适合实时控制,并且在工控、智能仪表、智能接口中发挥着重要的角色。本文主要设计基于单片机的洗衣机控制系统,由主控系统提供5V直流电压作为电压源,采用AT89C52芯片,硬件由LED灯、数码管电路、蜂鸣器电路、电机驱动电路、进/排水电路、按键电路组成了设计的6个部分。三极管选择8050作为开关控制蜂鸣器,电机驱动选择L298D控制直流电机,数码管显示工作模式的倒计时,用3个键盘来作为模式输入的选择,软件方面则用C语言编程完成整体功能。通过硬件和软件的设计,实现了对洗衣机洗涤、漂洗、排水模式的控制,最后给出仿真和实物的焊接。49293

Design of Washing Machine Control System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer
Abstract In the age of rapid development of digital technology, the field of intelligent control less often against a background of digital technology. many engaged in the electronics industry because of the SCM superior price in choice control center is often favored single chip, it is suitable for real-time control and in industrial control and intelligent instrument, intelligent interface plays a important role. In this paper, the design of washing machine based on single-chip microcomputer control system, by the main control system provides a 5V DC voltage as a voltage source, using the AT89C52 chip, hardware consists of LED lights, digital tube circuit, a buzzer circuit, motor drive circuit, / drainage circuit, keyboard circuit composed of the design of six parts. Triode 8050 as switch control buzzer, motor drive DC motor control L298D, digital tube display mode of the countdown, with three keyboard to as input mode selection, software with C programming language to complete the overall function. Through the design of hardware and software, the control of washing, rinsing and drainage mode of washing machine is realized.
