摘要零转弯半径割草机是通过驱动轮正反转实现割草机的原地调头,受狭窄空间限制的影响极小,操控起来随心所欲,可以进入普通拖拉机式割草机够不着的区域进行割草工作。零转弯半径割草机采用侧排草割草方式,1.2米的割草宽度配合零转弯功能,它几乎可以席卷每一寸草坪,适用于公园,体育场,高尔夫球场等大面积草坪,工作效率特别高。但是其安全问题也日益突出,其中侧翻问题尤为重要。因此研究零转弯半径割草机的侧翻预警装置对于提高其工作的安全性将具有重要的意义。50745
本文在分析国内外有关汽车侧翻预警的研究基础上,提出了基于AT89S52的零转弯半径割草机侧翻预警系统的设计。系统的硬件设计以AT89S52为预警控制器的核心器件,进行侧翻预警装置电路的设计。AT89S52是一种低功耗、高性能COMS8位微控制器,具有8K在系统可编程Flash存储器,是基于单片机系统设计的MCU首选之一。零转弯半径割草机的侧翻预警算法中选用割草机的侧倾角作为零转弯半径割草机是否发生侧翻的判断标准。在侧翻预警装置中通过单轴数字倾角传感器测出侧倾角与零转弯半径割草机的侧倾角的阈值之间的数量关系和预置的侧翻范围进行比较,及时地发出相应的报警指令。本文采用常用的51单片机的Keil软件进行系统的软件设计,为侧翻预警装置功能的实现提供了有利的条件。

ABSTRACT
ZTR mower achieves situ U-turn by driving wheel reversing, limited by a narrow space with minimal impact to manipulate them arbitrary, can enter the area out of the reach of ordinary tractor mower to mow grass. ZTR mower with side discharge grass mowing, mowing width of 1.2 meters with zero turning function, it is almost swept through every blade of grass in parks, stadiums, golf courses and other large area of lawn, particularly high efficiency. But the security issues have become increasingly prominent, the rollover problem is particularly important. Therefore study the ZTR mower rollover warning means for improving the security of its work will have important significance.
An Auto rollover warning controller has been referred in this paper on the base of the analysis of domestic and foreign car rollover warning, The controller chooses AT89S52 as its MCU, and the system's hardware circuit is design. AT89S52 is a low-power, high-performance COMS8-bit microcontroller with 8K in-system programmable Flash memory, is one of the MCU preferred design of the SCM. Roll angle is selected as the mower lawn mower rollover occurs criteria. In the rollover early warning device, the difference between the roll angle measured by single-axis digital tilt sensor with a zero turning radius mower roll angle threshold compare with the preset rollover , then timely issue the corresponding alarm command. In this paper, system software design is used Keil and provide favorable conditions for the rollover warning device features implementation.
