现在应用的电动机种类有很多,但如果考虑我们所需要控制的难易程度来说,直流电动机是目前应用比较广泛的一种类型,因为它有很好的调速特性和经济性。就调速来说,直流电机可以实现无极变速,而且调速曲线平滑,振动小,转速可以容易控制,消耗的电能少,调速效率高,经济性好。51877
目前的对于电动机的控制装置也很多,但是PID控制器却是相对来说比较方面使用的一种,不仅仅由于它使用的时间长,还因为它有其他控制器所没有的控制特性,比如很多时候,我们对于所控制的对象结构和参数都不明确,或者无法得到很精确的数字模型时以及运用其他的控制理论也不能够解决问题时,这时候就可以用到PID控制器了。
本设计是基于PID的直流电机调速系统的设计与仿真,通过对PID控制器的设定与PWM技术等相关知识的介绍,以及对直流电机调速的基本原理的阐述,设计了调速系统使直流电机以更高的效率、更好的调速性能工作。

The motor control system based on PID design and simulation
Abstract
In our daily life, we cannot leave the industrial modernization brings us a series of changes. In industrial production, we can not do without revolutionary changes brought about by control system. In today's production, in order to make better work production machinery, is inseparable from the control system.
Now application type of motor has a lot of, but if you consider that we need to control, to the difficulty of the dc motor is a kind of type is applied more widely, because it has good regulating performance and fuel economy. In terms of speed, dc motor can achieve CVT, and the speed curve smooth, small vibration, speed can be easy to control, low power consumption, speed of high efficiency and good economy.
Current for the motor control unit also many, but the PID controller is relatively use a, not only because it USES a long time, but also because it has other controllers do not control features, such as most of the time, we control for the object structure and parameters are not clear, or do not have access to very accurate digital models and the use of other control theory can't solve the problem, then can use PID controller.
This design is based on the PID dc motor speed control system design and simulation, based on the set of PID controller and PWM technology and related knowledge, and expounds on the basic principle of dc motor speed control, design the dc motor speed regulating system with higher efficiency and better speed control performance of the work.
