摘 要:温湿度在日常的生产生活中有着重要的意义,环境温度和湿度的测试设备,广泛应用于日常生活、工业生产和农业管理等领域。本文设计了基于单片机的温湿度实时检测系统,该系统以单片机控制处理核心,由数字温湿度检测模块、人机接口模和报警模块等几部分组成,重点分析了单片机、数据采集器件、显示器等主要元件的选型,设计了各元件与单片机的接口电路,最后分析了数字温湿度传感器的通信原理并设计了温湿度数据采集程序,设计了独立式按键和LCD接口程序,该系统能实时检测出环境中的温湿度,并根据设定的报警限给予报警指示。该系统已经通过实际检测,完全达到设计的要求。与传统通过与传统的温湿度测量方案相比,本系统测量精度更高,外围电路更加简洁。54402

Abstract: In production and daily life, temperature and humidity is of great significance. The test facilities of environmental temperature and humidity are widely used in daily life, industrial production and agricultural management. This design is based on the SCM’s real-time testing system of temperature and humidity, which is composed of modules of digital temperature and humidity detection, human-computer interface and alarm. It lays special stress on analyzing the selection of SCM, Data acquisition device, display and other main parts and designs the interface circuit of each element and the chip. Finally, it analyses communication principles of digital temperature and humidity sensor and designs the temperature and humidity data acquisition program setting up the keys and LCD interface program. The system can detect the temperature and humidity environment in real time, and give warning according to the set alarm limits, which has passed the practical test and fully meet the requirements. Compared with the traditional measurement of temperature and humidity, this system has more accurate measured results, and easier peripheral circuit.
