摘 要:如今随着大家的生活水平的提高,电热水器普及率日渐提升,电热水器本身也具备良好的开发条件,再加上各地政府的大力政策宣传及补贴,这大大加快了电热水器行业的发展。为了弥补传统电热水器的加热慢,温度控制不够精确的缺点,本文以89C51单片机为核心,结合温度传感器及其信号调理电路设计了智能电热水器控制系统,系统包含单片机控制器、温度采集与显示模块、按键输入模块、驱动模块、报警模块。给出了信号流程图及电热水器温度控制软件系统。并进行了仿真与调试,结果表明,该系统能够实现温度控制,设定温度,并且较好实现快速加热,温度超过设定值之后报警。56875

Abstract: Today, with the improvement of people's living standards, there is a high penetration of electric water heater .Electric water heater itself is in good developing conditions. Meanwhile, the country's strong policy advocacy and government subsidies also contribute a lot to the development of the electric water heater industry .In order to make up for the low heating efficiency and unstable temperature control of the ordinary water heater,I designed a new water heater temperature control system which can control the temperature with a over-temperature alarm and can be used at any time you need. This design uses 89C51 microcontroller as the core of the water heater systems,as well as the microcomputer controller, display module, keystroke module, drive module and the alarm module . The flow chart of signal will be showed to you and the electric water heater temperature control software system will be introduced .We will get relevant results through protues simulation.The experimental results show that the system can realize the temperature controlling and temperature setting ,which also have a higher heating efficiency .The alarm system paly a part when the temperature is higher than the setting point .
