摘要:汽车行业的迅速发展使得汽车检测技术兴起。设计基于虚拟仪器的车辆性能测试系统,可以不用解体汽车就可以测试、诊断车辆的各项指标,通过分析现阶段虚拟仪器技术,利用图形化虚拟仪器编程软件Labview 完成了车辆综合参数测试应用程序的设计。本次设计针对汽车发动机温度和转速的检测,设计以STC89C52作为主控芯片,温度采集使用温度传感器来采集温度,将采集到的电压信号处理后经过A/D转换,通过串行口发送到Labview编写的上位机程序中处理数据并显示,转速测量则同样由光电传感器采集到脉冲信号作类似的处理。检测所得数据误差小精度高,对汽车其他参数检测具有指导意义。56963
