摘要:机械式立体车库由于停车方便,土地利用率高已成为解决各大城市停车难问题的有效途径,是未来车库发展的必然趋势。本文在对国内外主要的立体车库类型和特点和立体车库国内外主要发展趋势进行认真研究后。利用立体车库试验台对升降横移立体车库的控制系统进行设计[1]。58102
论文以垂直升降类立体车库为研究平台,分析了立体车库的机械结构及传动要求,确定了基于PLC S7—200的控制系统的硬件方案,结合试验台和操作要求绘出了系统的主电路及控制电路;根据车库的工作流程,编制了PLC控制程序;实现了门禁控制及触摸屏操作。调试结果表明:车辆存取可以自动完成,系统能够准确定位,运行平稳可靠,人际交互界面使用方便,简洁,达到了设计要求。

The design of Stereo Garage Control System
Abstract: According to the convenient of parking and the high utilization of land, the stereo garage has become an effective way to solve the problem of parking in major cities and it’s the inevitable trend of future development in the garage. In this paper, we mainly discuss about the types and characteristic of stereo garage around the world . We design the stereo garage by using the three-dimensional test bed[2].
Paper vertical lifting type parking garage for the research platform, three-dimensional analysis of the garage of structural and mechanical drive requirements, determine the hardware-based solutions PLC S7-200 control system, combined with a test rig and operating requirements depicts the main circuit and system the control circuit; garage according to workflow, compiled PLC control program; implements access control and touch screen operation. Debugging results showed: vehicle access can be done automatically, the system can accurately locate, smooth and reliable operation, human interface and easy to use, simple, meet the design requirements.
