摘 要方舱作为一种可以提供给人和设备稳定工作的平台, 具有良好的机动性能和环境适应能力,进入更多应用领域已成为一种不可避免的趋势,因此对其测控系统的需求也越来越大。方舱的测控系统可以说是方舱的基础之一,良好的测控系统为方舱的运作和保持内部环境的稳定提供了重要保证。本文将介绍一种以西门子 s7-200PLC为核心, 威纶触摸屏为人机交互界面的方舱测控系统。通过PLC 对采集到的温度、湿度、水浸、红外等信息做相关运算后,控制空调和设备的工作,以及供电电源的自动切换,实现对内部环境的监测与控制,以及反应方舱及内部设备的状况,对于提高方舱的稳定性有显著效果。文中列出了设计的流程,以供参考。文中还介绍了空调、视频监控等设备的选型方法,适应不同的状况和需求。58597

Abstract Shelter as a platform which can provide with stable environment for people andequipment has good maneuverability and the ability to adapt to the environment. Thatentered more application areas has become an inevitable trend, so the demand for itsmeasurement and control system is also increasingly greater. Measurement and ControlSystem of the shelter can be said is the basis for a shelter, provides an important guaranteegood measurement and control system for the operation of the shelter and maintain a stableinternal environment.This article will describe a shelter measurement and Control System Siemens dependson s7-200PLC and veinview touch screen as man-machine interface. By Collectingtemperature, humidity, flooding, infrared, vibration, and other information to make logicaloperations, the system controls air-conditioning and other equipment to work, as well asautomatic switching power supply, in order to achieve internal environmental measuringand control, and achieve the reaction inside the shelter and status of the equipment. Forimproving the stability of the shelter has a significant effect. The paper lists the designprocess, for reference. The paper also describes the method of selection of air conditioning,video surveillance equipment, and the supply of different situations and needs.
