摘要:在工业生产等应用实践过程中,电机转速是衡量电机运行状况的重要参量。常用的测速方案有两种,包括光电测速方案和电磁测量方案,前者采用贴反光标签的方法在接收处产生脉冲信号,而后者一般采用霍尔元件的方法。本文采用光电测速方案中的M/T法,可以降低时基频率,从而实现灵活的输出率控制。设计采用单片机+CPLD的方法,CPLD控制闸门时间和计数,将计数结果传给单片机,单片机计算出转速,通过串口传输给上位机。本设计具有硬件电路简单,程序设计方便,测量结果准确,实时性强,成本低等优点。59835

Title the research of Photoelectric rotational speed measurement system based on SCM
Abstract
The rotational speed is an important parameter that measures the operation conditions while in all application processes like industrial prodution and so on.There are two common scheme for speed measuring ,the photoelectric velocity measurement and electromagnetic velocity measurement,while the former one usually produce pulse signals at the receiving device by adopting the reflective labels and the latter adopting HALL elements.The M/T method of the photoelectric velocity measurement applied in this article has reduced the TB(time base)frequency,which realizes the flexible control of the output rate.This design contains MCU and CPLD.CPLD takes control of gate time and counting ,after that it also needs to transmit the result to MCU.MCU calculates out the motor speed and transmits it to the principal computer.This design has advantages like simple hardware circuits , convenient programming codes,accurate results,strong real-time ability, low cost and so on.
