根据风量的监测要求和生物安全柜的触屏控制,液晶显示等要求,设计中主要由单片机对风机进行控制,在主控板上也是由单片机进行监控与显示。利用风压传感器测量进出口的过滤器的阻力,并且风机是可以通过单片机反馈风机转速的。
利用汇编语言程序进行程序的编写和调试,实现了带触摸屏LCD的数据显示,能够将得到的风压值显示在LCD上。完成人机交互界面的菜单设计,数据能够输出显示等功能。

Title Monitor Air Volume in Import and Export of Biological Safety Cabinet
Abstract
During operating biological safety cabinet, in order to ensure protection against pollution, preservation of balance of intake flow and downdraft flow balance in biological safety cabinet is essential. Because safety system of biological safety cabinets is mainly negative pressure air system, requiring real-time monitoring amount of wind in import and export.
Monitoring requirements based on the amount of wind and touch-screen controls in biological safety cabinet, LCD and other requirements, the main design of the fan is controlled by the microcontroller, the main control board is also monitored by the microcontroller and display. The use of pressure sensors measure the resistance of filters in the import and export, and the fan is a single-chip feedback via fan speed.
Use of assembly language program writing and debugging programs, implemented LCD with touch screen data display, the ability to get the pressure value is displayed on the LCD. Complete designing menu of interactive interface, data display and other functions can be output.
