摘要本文根据柔性传动的离散目标点简便定位系统的功能要求,从硬件及软件两个方面设计了可以实现的系统方案。选用经济、合适的元器件,构建了适用的原理性控制电路。采用西门子S7-200可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)以及光电检测电路来控制型号为86BYG603AA的两相四线混合式步进电机的运转,从而在传动速度约为0.2m/s的同步带传动系统中对目标点进行定位传动,定位传动不确定度小于0.5mm。光电检测电路由槽型光电开关配以一定外围电路组成,能够检测物体是否到达指定位置并将信号输入到PLC中。本文涉及到西门子S7-200 PLC、步进电机、步进电机驱动器的选型与使用以及光电检测电路所需元器件的选型与电路的搭建等。61410

Title The design of simple discrete target positioning system of flexible transmission
Abstract According to the requirements of simple discrete target positioning system of flexible transmission ,this paper designs a practical system scheme from hardware and software. An applicable principle control circuit is built by choosing cheap and suitable components.And the programmable logic controller (PLC) of Siemens S7-200 and the photoelectric detection circuit are used to control the operation of the two-phase four-wire hybrid stepping motor of 86BYG603AA, so as to locate and transmit the target points in the synchronous belt transmission system, whose speed is about 0.2 meters per second, and to make the uncertainty of positioning transmission is less than 0.5 mm. The Photoelectric detection circuit is composed of trough type photoelectric switch and some peripheral circuits. It is capable of detecting whether objects could reach the specified location and inputting signals to the PLC. This paper involves the selection and use of the Siemens S7-200 PLC, stepper motor, and stepper motor drives, and the selection of required components for photoelectric detection circuit and its building and so on.
