首先,介绍了电梯的大概框架,然后对阻力和升力控制原理与西门子PLC在电梯控制原则的阐述。设计出电梯控制系统总体运行方案,并选定西门子S7-1200PLC,并根据控制要求列出了具体的硬件电路及I/O分配表,绘制出了硬件接线图。在分析、处理随机信号逻辑关系的基础上,最后设计出系统运行流程图,结合软件,编制梯形图,调试后实现电梯稳定运行。
