摘要光学传递函数,在过去的物理学中,都是用瑞利判断来确定光学系统所能达到的极限分辨率,并以此来评价光学系统像质的标准,实际上,这种评价方法具有许多局限性.最近几年出现的用光学传递函数评价光学系统像质的方法,具有许多优越性。光学传递函数OTF可以全面反映出物面上各种频率成分经过光学系统的传播情况。64814
本文主要研究了未知光学系统镜头的传递函数的测量,这种方法可以通过记录轴上点干涉条纹来得到系统镜头的光学传递函数OTF。在研究过程中还用光学设计软件ZEMAX设计了变焦镜头,在实验台上组装了一架干涉仪,用AUTOCAD画出了装置图,并测量了光学镜头的传递函数。

Title The research of High Optical Transfer Function Imaging Path
Abstract In the past physics, optical transfer function and Rayleigh judgment are used to determine the limit of resolution of the optical system and to evaluate the optical system as standard.In fact, this kind of evaluation method has many limitations. In recent years, in the evaluation of optical system using optical transfer function as a qualitative method, has many advantages. Optical transfer function(OTF) can fully report the content of various frequency components on the surface of transmission through optical system.
This paper mainly focuses on the transfer function measurement of the unknown lens optical system , this method can calculate the system OTF by recording the interference fringes of the points on lens optical axis. Furthermore, zoom lens have been designed by using the optical design software ZEMAX.In the end, I assembly a plane interferometer in the experimental stage, with its AUTOCAD drawings.
