摘要本文以第八届“飞思卡尔”杯全国大学生智能汽车竞赛为背景,根据比赛规则,完成了光电导引智能车硬件设计。大赛规定智能车需两轮直立行走跑完赛道,针对比赛规则,在对硬件系统仔细分析后,采取模块化的设计方案,将系统分为单片机核心控制模块、电源管理模块、电机驱动模块、角度传感器模块、光电传感器模块、速度传感器模块、人机接口模块和无线通信模块。根据EMC理论设计并制作了PCB板,在分模块调试通过后进行系统联调,并在调试过程中不断改进车体结构和硬件布局。实验结果表明,硬件设计满足课题要求,可以很好地控制智能车。65023

Title Design and Implementation of Intelligent Vehicle for the Eighth Freescale Cup—Hardware Design of Optical Guided Vehicle Control System
Abstract
A complete solution of Optical guided intelligent vehicle control system designed for the Eighth Freescale Cup National Undergraduate Smart Car Competition is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the competition rules, the intelligent vehicle needs to walk upright with two wheels on the track. After a specific analysis of the hardware, modularize method is finally put to use in the system, which includes MCU module, power management module, motor drive module, angle sensor module, photoelectric sensor module, speed sensor module, man-machine interface module and wireless communication module. Besides, in order to check the feasibility of the designed system, a set of PCB is designed. Then the functional modules are testified as well as the whole system. The experimental results show that the hardware design meets the requirements of the subject and controls the system well.
