摘 要 : 洗衣机作为最常用的家用电器,早已走入了千家万户。但随着用户需求的不断 提高,对洗衣机控制系统的要求也随之增高,全自动、智能化的洗衣机控制系统仍是需要 研究与改进的课题。本文在对洗衣机控制需求的分析基础上,以单片机 AT89C51 芯片作为 核心元件,结合直流电机、LED 显示电路等功能单元构成洗衣机模拟控制系统,结合硬件 电路设计与软件编程技术,给出了一种洗衣机控制系统的实现方案,并对方案进行了仿真 验证与硬件实现。实验结果表明本方案简单易行,可实现了全自动洗衣机的主要功能。65405

Abstract:Washing machine as the most commonly used household appliances, already into the millions of households. However, with the continuous improvement of user requirements for washing machine, their control system requirements also will be increased. Automated and intelligent washing machine control system is still the subject of research and improvement needs. Based on the analysis of the washing machine control requirements, taking AT89C51 chip microcontroller as a core element, combined with a DC motor, and LED display circuit function units Washer analog control system, combined hardware design and software programming technology, this paper presents a washing machine implementation control system and the simulation program and hardware. Experimental results show that the program is simple, it can realize the main function fully automatic washing machine.
