摘 要:随着科技的飞速发展,数字电子技术已经普及到我们生活的各个领域。本文设计了一种数控式高精度简易直流电源方案,该数控直流电源以单片机为核心控制芯片,由自制稳压电源、键盘电路、A/D转换模块和显示模块组成。单片机输出数字信号由键盘输入设置,输出信号经过D/A模块转换为电压信号,再对电压信号进行放大调理。输出电压还通过A/D模块反馈给单片机,通过LCD显示电压值,与设置电压值做比较形成闭环控制。该电源可实现数字控制,精度较高,抗干扰能力强,在电子设备中具有一定的应用前景。65436

Abstract: With the rapid development of the technology, digital electronic technique has spread widely in almost every area in our life. A scheme of CNC (computer numerical control) high precision simple DC power is designed. On the basis of 51 MCU, the CNC DC power is consist of self-made power supply, keyboard circuit, A/D conversion module and display module. The output digital signal is converted to voltage signal through D/A module, which is set by keyboard, and the output signal will be amplified. The output voltage will be feed back to MCU after converting to digital signal by A/D module, which is displayed by LCD and compared with the set value and closed-loop control is realized. The power supply can realized numerical control, and has characteristics of high precision, high EFT and certain applications in electronic devices.
