摘要步进电机是一种可将脉冲电信号转换成转轴角位移的执行元件。步进电机以开环控制有高定位精度,无累积误差,能直接受数字控制系统控制等特点在数控工业领域有着广泛的应用。细分驱动技术是一种高精度驱动技术,可以有效地消除步进电机低频振动和改善高频输出转矩等运行特性。67363
本文首先介绍了两相混合式步进电机的结构、运行原理、典型的驱动技术原理及其实现方法,在此基础上开发了基于单片机的步进电机开环速度控制系统,采用细分驱动以改善低频振动和高频小转矩等问题,并通过细分数的设置和改变脉冲频率达到调速目的。最后,利用Protues软件对本系统进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了系统软硬件设计的可行性,取得了较理想的细分电流波形。

Title Microcontroller-based Stepping Motor Microstepping driver System
Abstract
The step motor is an actuator which can convert pulse signals into angular shaft displacement. Step motors can operate accurately in open loop control system without accumulated error, and be directly controlled by the digital control system. With these characteristics the step motor has been widely used in the numerical control system. Subpision drive technology is a high-precision drive technology, which can effectively eliminate low-frequency vibration and improve the stepper motor output torque and small high-frequency operation characteristics.
Firstly, this article describes the structure and operation principle of two-phase hybrid stepping motor, the principle and method of the pision drive technology .On this basis, a open-loop control system based on microcontroller was developed and the subpision drive technology was applied to improve the vibration in low-frequency and small torque in high-frequency. By changing the counts of subpision or the frequency of the input pulses, the velocity can be changed. At last, Protues was used to emulate this system, the results demonstrated the feasibility of the design of the system hardware and software, and got some quite ideal current waveform segments.
