摘要本文根据企业生产要求, 针对在钢基体上熔覆铜的要求,采用MIG焊方法在环形钢机体上熔覆纯铜层,要求铜-钢界面结合强度达到相应要求,并控制铜层泛铁程度。
根据MIG焊接系统,通过初步试验,确定了MIG焊的摆幅,摆频,焊接速度,电流电压大小等主要工艺参数。68196
通过试验分析,优化了基体层成型质量主要工艺参数,并得出电流与焊接速度是成型质量的最显著影响参数。
分析了焊接缺陷产生机理,总结了焊接缺陷特征,研究了主要工艺参数对熔覆层的成型质量影响,结果表明:
对在最佳工艺参数下熔覆焊的多组试件的检测结果表明,采用MIG熔覆焊熔覆铜层,可以保证钢基体基本不融化的基础上实现铜-钢的冶金结合。
分析表明,铜-钢界面平直,钢基体没有熔化,无气孔、未融合、夹渣等焊接缺陷,在界面处存在的成分迅速变化区及的过渡层,在过渡层外的铜层中不含铁。
