本设计项目为锦州汉拿电机有限公司异地迁移建设项目之办公楼。该项目结构为框架结构,建筑面积约8956.06 m2,本工程结构地上五层,无地下层。底层层高为4.5m,其余层层高均为3.9m。整个办公楼纵向约90.00m,于中间设变形缝,将建筑分成两部分。室内外高差450mm,屋顶为建筑找坡,坡度2%,建筑物高度(室外地面至女儿墙顶)为24.10m。

The Detailed Design of Yuekang Project Based on BIM
Abstract:A Building Information Model (BIM) is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. As such it serves as a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle from inception onward.
A basic premise of BIM is collaboration by different stakeholders at different phases of the life cycle of a facility to insert, extract, update or modilfy information in the BIM process to support and reflect the roles of that stakeholder. The BIM is a shared digital representation founded on open standards for interoperability."
This is a five-storey frame structure. The building is about 8956.06 m2. The height of the building is 24.10m with the bottom story height is 4.5m and other storey’s height is 3.9m. There’s no storeys under the ground. The length of the building is about 90.00m with deformation joint departing the building into two parts.
