铵盐干粉灭火器,型号为 MF/ABC5。每个灭火器设置点选配 2具5kg手提式 MF/ABC5
灭火器,每层共配置6具。 机械加压送风系统设计:在防烟楼梯间设置机械加压送风系统,楼梯间的加压送风口
每隔两三层设置1个,而在前室则每层设 1个。 设计送风量为19861m3/h,本设计中取风速为 6m/s,风口面积为0.5m2,选择
850mm×600mm 自垂式百叶风口。

A current situation analysis of fire safety and fire protection
design of high-rise residential
General description of the design: the object of this design is a high-rise residential buildings,
located in Henan Province, building area of 22224.86m2
. The highest elevation of the ground is
78.8with 26 on ground floors and 2 underground floors.
The building with the shear wall structure, seismic crack is 6 degrees, and the first
underground layer is antiaircraft basement. Each layer of a total of 8 households, pided into A,
B two kinds of apartment layout. The design consists of two buildings close to each other but
not connected, showing symmetric structure of high-rise residential tower.
The task of this design is to complete the analysis of the present status of the high-rise civil
building fire safety and fire protection system design and related calculations. Specific contents
include: the design about general plan of architecture’ fire protection design, the flat fire
protection design of the building, safety evacuation design, fire hydrant system design, fire
extinguisher configuration design, mechanical pressure air supply systems design.
Through the analysis of the current situation of fire safety to this design objects, I found
that there are a lot of fire safety problems on the high-rise building. The main fire safety
problems are as followed. There are defects of the fire protection design, and the design can’t
meet with the design specifications. Fire facilities are not complete, with improper maintenance.
These problems bring security hidden danger to people's life, making people's lives and
property threatened. For the high-rise residential building fire protection problems the related
departments should strengthen the rectification measures, at the same time, should start with
fire control design, dismantling and correcting errors in the unreasonable fire control design. In
this way, it can prevent fire accident from the source and ensure that fire safety.
The design about general plan of architecture’ fire protection design: The design object
belongs to the first class of high-rise buildings, and fire resistance rating is the first level. The
minimum fireproof distance with neighboring buildings is 15m, comply with the requirements
of the specification. The ring of fire lane is around the building, setting away from the wall at
5.00m, and the width is 4.00m, and Set the fire up rise venues On the back of the building.
The flat fire protection design of the building: Each floor of each layer are set to 1 fire
partition, floor refractory limit is 1.5h.
Safety evacuation design: safe evacuation route design for the room - corridor - the front
room - stairwells, piding evacuation secure partition, namely: safety corridors for the first
partition, the front room is the second security zones, Stairwell to the third security partition
