    摘要城市土地是城市赖以生存和发展重要的指标之一, 是城市经济发展的重要基础,也是城市社会发展的基石,近几年伴随着城市的发展,城市建设用地需求量急剧增加,使得城市也向外大肆的扩张,就徐州市而言城市面积已经由1990 年184.5 公顷增长到 2011 年 3037.6 公顷将近 16 倍的增长,而城市人口的增加和城市综合实力的提高也使得这种加剧更加剧烈, 但是随着近几年国家出台的一系列土地政策,特别是对耕地的保护加大也使得城市向外扩张趋势减少,但是人口的增加建设用地的需求量呈现井喷式的发展, 而城市的决策者只关注城市土地总量,并且粗放型的土地增长模式。也加快城市土地面积的扩大,我国城市土地的集约利用研究也是近几年发展起来的。由于我国发展比较晚,国内土地集约利用的研究还不足,所以本文选择土地集约利用来进行研究,对徐州市的发展有深远要的意义。本文研究了徐州市市区土地利用的情况,发现存在着以下问题,居住用地过多,绿地面积过少等情况。并通过用层次分析法对选用的评价指标进行评价选徐州市区土地方面的投入、产出、人口、生态方面进行研究,。然后把评价结果进行分析,得到徐州的综合评价值,发现徐州综合评价不是很高,主要是土地投入不足,和土地产出效果不好,希望徐州市城市管理者加大土地方面的投入,增加土地利用附加值。37423

Also accelerate theexpansion of urban land area, the intensive use of urban land in China isalso the development of recent years. Because of the late development ofour country, the research on the intensive use of land is still insufficient,so this paper chooses the intensive use of land to study and has theprofound significance for the development of Xuzhou.This paper studies the situation of land use in Xuzhou City, and findsthat there are some problems, such as living space, too little green areaand so on.. And through the use of AHP, the selection of the evaluationindicators for the evaluation of the input, output, population, andecological aspects of the land in Xuzhou city,. Then the evaluation resultswere analyzed, Xuzhou comprehensive evaluation value is obtained, thatXuzhou comprehensive evaluation is not very high, mainly is inadequateinvestment in land, and land productivity, the effect is not good, hope inXuzhou city managers to increase investment in land, increase the landuse value added.
