摘 要：随着社会的发展，目前城市居民最低生活保障制度的实施仅仅解决了低保家庭的最低生活需求，并没有寻求到解决低保家庭贫困的根本原因，低保家庭在婚姻生活，基础医疗，子女教育，就业，住房环境等问题上面临着一定的困境。本文就对以上海50户低保家为例，通过开展个案访谈进行社会学分析，了解低保家庭的家庭生活和他们面临的困境，他们对于现状的自我反思以及改变低保状态的预期,本论文认为在创新社会管理体制的背景下，社会工作必须分析社会低保家庭的家庭生活，通过深入访谈了解低保家庭的自我反思与改变预期。从动态的角度来分析把握贫困的特性，最后结合现有的社会政策，探寻和提出从根本改变低保家庭现状的方法与策略。8363
