摘要本文从采购质量控制入手,通过收集卓然靖江设备制造有限公司在采购方面的质量控制数据,运用不合格品率控制图,过程能力指数和因果图来分析该公司在采购方面存在的质量控制问题,发现该公司战略意识薄弱,忽视过程抽检,供应商管理程序不健全,针对性地特别考虑从供应商源头出发,控制供应商的生产过程,进行过程抽检;此外,完善供应商管理控制程序,提高战略性的合作伙伴意识来解决卓然公司在采购质量控制方面存在的问题。通过改进,卓然公司采购质量得到了很好的控制,采购产品质量趋于稳定,并且供应商管理水平也得到了较大的提升。62347

Abstract This article obtains from the purchasing quality control, by collecting the quality of the procurement control data of SUPEZET(Jing Jiang)Equipment Manufacturing company, using the nonconforming rate control chart, process capability index and causality diagram to analyze procurement quality control problems of the SUPEZET,found that the company's strategic consciousness weak, ignore the sampling process, and the supplier management program is not sound. For the above questions, pointed special consideration from the supplier source to control the supplier's production process and to process sampling observation, in addition, perfect the supplier management control procedures, improve the consciousness of strategic partners to resolve procurement quality control problems of the SUPEZET. By improving, the SUPEZET’s purchasing quality obtained the very good control, procurement product quality is stable, and supplier management level has been improved greatly.
