摘要：企业在信息化时代想要高速发展，必须提高企业自身的软件系统，尤其是软件企业。利用计算机的高效软件系统，增进了企业内部的管理工作，让企业的人力资源对未来的发展和规划进行的更有效率。企业人事管理OA系统的开发是企业内部办公系统的重要信息化系统之一，它涉及企业运作的方方面面，小到日常行政管理，大到人才的分配调整，使信息能够及时化处理，提高了工作效率，将企业的资源得到最优的配置。本套人力资源管理系统运用现代化的管理模式，通过有针对性研究结果，建立了一套适合软件企业自身的人力资源管理系统，主要的内容包括：办公区域、档案管理、服务区域、考勤管理等模块。本系统采用Active Server Page 编程，该编程语言具有易于生成、面向对象、兼容性好等特点，Active Server Page基础的开发语言简单易学，效率高功能强大。采用Access数据库，其优点在于可以用简单的方式进行存储，易于管理，界面操作容易，支持广泛，有利于扩展等。48952

Human Resource Management OA System Design And Development Of Enterprise
Abstract：Enterprises in the information era requires high-speed development, we must enhance their own software systems, particularly software companies. Efficient use of computer software systems, effectively enhancing the internal OA management of corporate human resources. Human resource OA management system development is an important internal office system of information system, which involves all aspects of business operations, the daily administration of small to large adjustments to the allocation of talent, allowing information to be timely processing, and improve work efficiency of the enterprise's resources are the best configuration. This set of human resource OA management system using modern management model, through targeted research, establish a set of their own human resources OA Management system. The system uses the Active Server Page programming, the programming language is visual, such as the face of the object, Active Server Page language easy to learn, efficient and powerful. Using Access database, and its advantage is that storage is simple, easy to manage, user-friendly help operate and support a wide range, is conducive to expansion and so on.
