摘要:本文主要针对食品包装流水线的主体部分进行结构的设计以及重要零件的强度校核。主体部分采用直移间歇卧式袋成型-充填-封口机,其包装速度为50袋/min,采用三边封口。
本包装流水线主要由量杯充填装置、动力传动系统、薄膜热封装置、纵向切断装置、三角板成型器等几部分构成。本次设计主要完成机械的总体结构、供膜牵拉装置、物料充填装置、动力传动系统等主要零部件的设计。量杯充填装置采用可以微调的上下量杯组合构成,可以对物料充填的容量进行可控的调节。动力传动系统采用无级调速装置,可以对包装速度有效地控制,保证整个包装过程的顺利进行。薄膜热封装置采用热板封合,通过凸轮与轴的配合实现间歇的运动,切断装置与热封装置结构相同。供膜牵拉装置采用摩擦滚轮式结构,通过同步齿形带进行传动,并配以超越离合器实现间歇运动。61742
食品包装机械的应用范围很广,同时它也很大程度上提高了生产效率,免去了操作人员枯燥的重复劳动,降低了食品包装行业的成本。

Abstract: This article mainly aims at the main part of the food packaging line for structural design and strength check of important parts. Main body part adopts horizontal molding - filling – Sealer packaging machine. The packing machine packages at the speed of 50 bags / min and adopts a trilateral closure.
The packaging line is mainly composed of measuring cup filling device, power transmission system, sealing device, longitudinal cutting device, triangle forming machine, such as forming a few parts. The overall design of the main machine to complete for general structure of the machine, feed device, material filling device, transmission system and other major parts of the design. Measuring cup filling device used filling measuring cup of adjustable capacity which is cast with top part and bottom part. Power transmission system adopts stepless speed regulating device to make speed of packing can be controlled effectively. This can ensure the progress of the whole packaging process to finish. Sealing device adopts closure of pressurized hot plate with cam shaft with realization of intermittent movement. The cut off device is the same with sealing device. The feed machine adopts membrane friction roller structure and through the synchronous cog belt transmission to finish intermittent movement.
Application range of food packaging machinery is very wide, at the same time, it also greatly improves the production efficiency, dispense with the boring work of operators and reduces the cost of the food packaging industry.
