本次的毕业设计是要求设计出一个完整的汽车发动机活塞零件的加工工艺及装备设计,这个活塞零件的基本特点就是它是铸件,并且零件复杂,体积也比较小,零件的加工特点就是时间长,并且加工路线长,成本比较高,对它的加工精度也相对很高。由于这个零件的主要加工内容是孔和表面,而面又比孔容易加工,在编制工艺路线的时候,优先加工面,再以这个加工过的面来定位其他的加工部位。
零件的加工路线确定之后,就开始设计活塞零件的夹具设计,根据之前所设计的路线,分析在这个工艺流程之中,这个夹具所需要去限制的自由度的数量,再根据零件本身的一些特征去选择定位元件,之后再考虑这个定位元件是否限制了在加工过程中必须要限制的自由度,然后再来选择夹紧元件,分析这个是否符合夹具的要求,夹具的结构最后确定。
