    摘要:本文旨在运用视觉传感技术,通过设计自动检测系统对冲压板件轮廓进行智能检测。本文共分为七个部分。由绪论开始,共有绪论、课题基本内容、系统结构设计、光学系统设计及选型、总结、感谢以及参考文献这七大部分。从绪论开始围绕视觉系统进行设计研究。独立绘制图纸,结合论文能够将全部细节体现完整。在摘要中,简要提及以下环节需要的各种操作。冲压板件是一种加工工艺。对此加工工艺,即使用冲压薄板材料形成最后的板材。对于尺寸精度要求,料特性和加工具体条件的冲压模具要求,然而对于冲压后的零件的尺寸形状精度是否满足要求。因此,出于对冲压板件形状尺寸精度的控制需要更加精确,需要对冲压后形成的轮廓尺寸进行自动检测。本文运用基于机器视觉的冲压板件轮廓检测方法,开发了非接触式冲压板件轮廓自动检测系统。利用实验室现有的工具对冲压板件轮廓自动检测系统运行进行了实验验证,并分析了实验的可行性。通过仿真分析实验,充分验证关于检测系统的精确度情况,测量板材尺寸和分批大量检测也都验证了系统的准确度以及重复度程度。68738

       Design of Automatic Detection System for Profile of Stamping Plate Based on Vision

    Abstract:This paper aims to use the visual sensing technology, through the design of automatic detection system for stamping plate profile for intelligent detection. This paper is pided into seven parts. Starting from the introduction, a total of the introduction, the basic content of the subject, the system structure design, optical system design and selection, summary, thanks and reference to the seven parts. From the introduction began to focus on the visual system design research. Independent drawing drawings, combined with the paper to be able to reflect the full details of the full. In the abstract, briefly mention the various operations required in the following sections. Stamping plate is a processing technology. This process, that is, the use of stamping sheet material to form the final plate. For the dimensional accuracy requirements, material properties and processing of specific conditions of the stamping die requirements, but for the stamping of the parts after the size of the shape accuracy is to meet the requirements. Therefore, the control of the shape and size accuracy of the punching plate needs to be more accurate, and it is necessary to automatically detect the contour size formed after the punching. In this paper, the automatic detection system of non-contact stamping plate is developed by using the method of contour detection of punching plate based on machine vision.The existing tools of the laboratory are used to verify the operation of the automatic detection system of the stamping plate, and the feasibility of the experiment is analyzed. Through the simulation analysis experiment, fully verify the accuracy of the detection system, measuring plate size and batch testing also verify the accuracy of the system and the degree of repeatability.
