    摘要:近年来随着经济和电力负荷的迅速增长,电网容量也随之增加,我国越来越多的采用大容量、高参数机组。燃烧器作为煤粉锅炉燃烧设备的主要组成部分,它的性能好坏对燃烧的稳定性和经济性有很大的影响。本次毕业设计针对锅炉容量为1025T/H的锅炉进行直流煤粉燃烧器系统设计。论文首先通过对所给煤种进行工业分析,确定了煤种实际的发热量、锅炉的基本参数、理论空气量和烟气量,并最终确定了锅炉燃料消耗量等参数。然后计算炉膛的结构尺寸,先假定炉膛的容积热负荷和截面热负荷,计算出炉膛的容积和截面积以及炉膛的主体高度,并根据煤种特性来初步选定煤粉燃烧器的类型和布置方式。结论:采用四角切圆布置,燃烧器配风方式采用均等配风,分组1组,一次风总面积6.88m^2,单个面积1.14m^2,二次风总面积7.44m^2,单个面积1.063m^2燃烧器系统总体布置高度,最上排燃烧器布置高度h_t为18.71 m,最下排燃烧器布置高度h_un为7.01 m。70040

    Design of Dc Pulverized Coal Burner of 1025t/h Pulverized Coal Fired Boiler

    Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid growth of economy and power load, the capacity of power grid also increases, and more and more large-scale and high-parameter units are adopted in China. Burner as a pulverized coal boiler combustion equipment, the main component of its performance is good or bad combustion stability and economy have a great impact. The graduation design for the boiler capacity of 1025t / h boiler for the design of the boiler pulverized coal burner system. The paper first analyzes the actual calorific value of coal, the basic parameters of boiler, the amount of theoretical air and the amount of flue gas, and finally determines the parameters such as boiler fuel consumption. And then calculate the size of the furnace, the first load of the furnace load and heat load, the furnace volume and cross-sectional area and the height of the main body of the furnace, and according to the characteristics of coal to the initial selection of pulverized coal burner type and layout the way. Conclusion: The corners of the burner are pided into two groups: the total area of the primary air is 6.88m^2, the single area is 0.688m^2, the total area of the secondary air is 7.44m^2, the single area is 0.676m^2 the overall layout height of the burner system, the highest row of the burner layout height h_t= 18.71m, the lowest row of the burner layout height h_un = 8.26m.
