摘要:通过对豫东地区初中学校的数学教师及国培计划数学教师的调查,发现初中数学教师对新课改下的数学教学方法了解较少,教学条件差强人意,课堂教学方法过于单一,教师队伍专业水平比较低下,教师实施一些教学方法时的制约因素较多,课后反思及听评课对教学方法的重视程度不理想等。针对这些问题,建议:(1)加大教育投资,创造高水平的教学环境.(2)对于新课程标准关于教学方法要求宣传到位.(3)教育部门做好护航工作,鼓励教师尝试和运用新的教学方法,评价机制及时更新.(4)加大对教师关于教学方法运用的培训力度,尤其是农村中小学.(5)教师要掌握各种教学方法,并能够灵活选择和运用.(6)学校要落实教师课后反思和组织听评课活动,对教学方法更加深入了解.(7)教师要提高对自身的监控意识,具有研究性和创造性教学.48864
