        With the development of different ways of society, the number of graduates is being more and more. However, it is being worse and worse that the employment situation of college graduates.
      The expansion of university brings serious employment problems. Many students aren’t employed when they graduate from universities. So our government and schools have to pay more attention to the employment situation recent years. Unemployment problem is not only bad for the stabilization of society, but also bad for the personal development of students. At the same time, the different thoughts and attitudes about employment also have great effects on employment situation. Under this background, we have to research the employment value of college student and think over how to deal with this problem.
      There are about 15 thousand graduates every year in Jinagsu Normal University. They have different majors and employment value, which cause the different situation. According to the research questions in the questionnaire, we will know about the psychology and attitudes of employment of undergraduates, so that I can analyze the features and reasons of the employment situation of our university. Through these results, we can adopt some solutions to these main problems and solve these problems effectively.
    1.2 The research question hypothesis
    To understand the employment situation in Jiangsu Normal University, the author made a questionnaire--The Research of Employment Intention in JSNU. There are three hypotheses:
    1. The personal ability affects the employment situation.
    2. The subjects of school affect the employment situation.
    3. The employment values have an effect on the employment situation.
    1.3 The structure of the thesis
      This paper will be pided into five parts. First it is the background and significance of study of employment situation. Next it is the relevant conception and study about employment. The third part is the empirical study in Jiangsu Normal University, which includes the ways of research and implementation of questionnaire. The fourth part is the analysis of questionnaire and discussion of employment situation. Last it is the conclusion of this thesis.
