    摘 要现今,随着全球化的发展,英语在国际交流中的作用也日益凸显。培养中学生的英语交际能力,培养高素质的英语专业人才势在必行。这篇论文主要讨论了中学生英语交际能力的培养问题。以交际能力理论和跨文化交际理论为基础,作者详细分析了目前我国中学生英语交际能力培养的现状,影响中学生英语交际能力提高的因素和相应的解决办法。 最后本文认为培养中学生的英语交际能力除了要提高中学生的英语专业知识素养,还必须培养中学生的沟通交流能力。希望本篇论文能有助于中学生英语交际能力的培养。 33297

    Abstract Today, with the development of globalization, the position of English in international communication is more and more important. It is imperative to train middle school students’ English communicative competence and many high-competent English talents. This thesis mainly discusses the problem of training middle school students’ English communicative competence. On the basis of theory of Communicative Competence and Intercultural Communication, the writer thoroughly analyzes the state quo of training middle school students’ communicative competence, the influential factors,and the solutions to these problems. Accordingly, it reveals that training middle school students’ communicative competence not only should train middle school students’ structure of English professional knowledge but also should train their communicative skills. Hopefully, this thesis will be beneficial to train middle school students’ communicative competence.

    I. Introduction
     In the 21st century, the tendency of globalization is more and more obvious. With the development of modern technology, different nations and cultures are blending. Now English is becoming a kind of common language of the world and used widely in various fields. Training communicative competence in middle school is inevitable demand of the times. At present, numerous students of middle school in our country can’t possess the qualified ability of communication in English. Of course, there are many complex elements which influence the communicative competence culture of secondary schools. As we all know, nowadays, many English teachers in some middle school adopt traditional teaching pattern with overemphasizing on booklore instead of communicative competence. In some middle schools, the problem of exam-oriented education, teacher-centered and textbook-centered are still conspicuous. In English language learning, the common phenomenon is that quite a number of learners, having studied English for 15 to 20 years, simply cannot speak proper English though they might read and write (Yao 60).
