    The reasons of the present situation in English teaching are listed. Firstly, there are problems in teaching evaluation mechanisms for implementation. Teaching evaluation tends to be single. For a long time, English teaching evaluation is equivalent to the English test. Primary English teaching mainly evaluation form is examination. Teachers use the papers to test students, evaluation seems to be the only relationship between teachers and students. Teachers guide students to think less independent evaluation, less thought and evaluation of students’ cooperation, which greatly discourage students’ enthusiasm for learning. Secondly, level of teachers is uneven. Teaching concept of some teachers lags behind, making it impossible to control flexible materials, classroom teaching and creativity. Now we have a new curriculum idea with the new versions of the materials, focusing on the ability of students, diluting the knowledge of the language. But some teachers in the classroom or in the transfer of knowledge led, ignored that the students are the principle factors. Single teaching methods enable students to rote memory and repeatedly reinforced. To make the teaching of the course content difficult and simple syntax rules complicated, teachers think teaching is tired, students learn hard. Thirdly, classroom teaching model is single and obsolete. Traditional primary English teaching modes overemphasize accepted knowledge, but they ignore the willing of the classroom students as the subjects. This greatly reduces the students’ initiative and enthusiasm, and runs counter to the spirit of learning English. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a way to encourage students and teachers to achieve more and more exchanges of interactive teaching mode in English class. In this teaching mode, primary school English teachers make students transfer passively acquiring knowledge process into independent learning process through a variety of interactive teaching.
