    摘要:本论文主要研究的是基于罗克韦尔软件自动化立体仓库设计。在人力资本高企的今天,降低企业的各项成本,实现自动化管理成为企业研究的一个重要战略课题。对于制造业来说,物流成本在其成本中比重是相当大的,物流费用通常占制造成本50%以上的比例,因此,物料与仓储管理以及成本控制已经成为影响产品市场竞争力的关键,与企业的效益密不可分。自动化立体仓库的出现正好解决了这个难题,计算机智能控制系统不仅减少了仓储及物流费用,还大大降低了人工费用,提高了劳动生产率,降低劳动成本,提高空间利用率及货物管理质量。按照操作对象的不同,自动化立体仓库系统类型包括托盘单元式自动仓库、箱盒单元式自动仓库、拣选式高层货架仓库、单元/拣选式自动仓库、高架叉车仓库等。
    近年来,随着自动化立体仓库的使用越加广泛,越来越多的企业都开始着手使用大型自动化立体仓库。自动化立体仓库在我国的数量上逐渐增多,而且我国的自动化仓库技术已实现了与其他信息决策系统的集成,正在做智能控制和模糊控制的研究工作。但是由于起步较晚、目前推广的还不够广泛,有较大发展空间。而本文正是关于基于罗克韦尔软件及其可编程控制器(PLC)的自动化仓库仿真设计与研究,以期望能将自动化仓库在实际应用中得到更广泛的推广。基于RSLogix5000编程软件及ControlLogix平台,并结合AB-PLC,使得对现场工控设备有着统一的调试方式。本文运用这种方法,对自动化仓库进行了PLC的编程和调试,并成功实现了其功能。为自动化仓库的进一步研究和推广奠定基础。19510

    Automatic warehouse based on ControlLogix
    Abstract: This thesis is about research of the automatic warehouse and simulation design of the automated warehouse based on Rockwell Software. With the high level of human capital, how to reduce the costs, and automate management has become an important strategic issue of corporate research. For the manufacturing industry, logistics costs is quite large in its share of the cost, logistics costs typically account for more than 50% of the manufacturing cost of proportion. Therefore, materials and warehouse management and cost control has become a key impact of product market competitiveness, and efficiency of enterprises are inseparable. Automated warehouse appears just to solve this problem, the computer intelligent control system not only reduces the cost of warehousing and logistics, but also greatly reduce labor costs, improve labor productivity, reduce labor costs, improve space utilization and cargo management quality. According to different operating objects, automated warehouse system tray unit types include automatic warehouse, boxes modular automated warehouse, warehouse picking style top shelf unit / automatic warehouse picking, elevated forklift warehouse.
    In recent years, with the use of automated warehouse has become increasingly widespread, more and more businesses are started using a large automated warehouse. Automated warehouse gradual increase in the number of our country, and our automated warehouse technology has been achieved with the integration of additional information about the decision-making system is doing intelligent control and fuzzy control research. The article is automated warehouse simulation-based design and research on Rockwell Software and programmable logic controller (PLC), in order to be able to automate warehouse expected to be more widely promoted in practical applications. Based on RSLogix5000 programming software and ControlLogix platform, combined with AB-PLC, making on-site industrial equipment has a unified debug mode. This paper uses this method, the automated warehouse PLC programming and debugging, and the successful implementation of its functions.
