多年来,PLC从其生产生到现在,实现了从界限逻辑到存储逻辑的飞跃,功能由弱到强,实现了从逻辑控制到数字控制的进步,在半导体技术、计算机技术和通信技术高速发展的今天,PLC在模拟量的处理,数字运算,人机接口和网络等各方面的能力都已大幅度提高,成为工业控制领域的主流控制设备并且应用的越来越广泛,在各行各业发挥着越来越大的作用。
我国大中型企业普遍采用了先进的自动化系统对生产过程进行控制,但绝大部分小型企业尚未应用自动化系统和产品对生产过程进行控制。随着竞争的日益加剧,越来越多的小型企业将采用经济、实用的自动化产品对生产过程进行控制,以提高企业的经济效益和竞争实力。
本课题中需要了解PLC的工作原理,同时需要通过TD200仿真程序是否满足控制要求。

Abstract

Therefore, the potential applications of the PLC in China is far from being fully realized.
Over the years, the PLC from the production of Health to the present, the leap from the boundaries of logic to store the logical function from weak to strong, from the logic control to digital control of the progress in semiconductor technology, the rapid development of computer and communication technologies today, the PLC analog processing, digital computing, human-machine interfaces, and network capacity have been greatly improved, becoming the mainstream in the field of control equipment in industrial control and the application of more and more widely in all walks of life play an increasingly important role.
China's large and medium-sized enterprises generally use the advanced automation system to control the production process, but the vast majority of small businesses have not yet applied automation systems and products to control the production process. With the increasing competition, more and more small businesses will use the economic and practical automation products, control the production process to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and competitiveness.
This project need to understand the working principle of the PLC, while TD200 Emulator meet the control requirements.
